As an added bonus, we are going to do a Mt. Fuji flyby before we head north.

As we take off, we turn east to head towards the city... we are going to start at the south end of the bay, then work northwards, then swing around and go back south to land at Kiswazu Aero.

The sky is mostly clear, with just a few clouds. We are at 2500 feet, low enough to see a lot of detail in the buildings. we make a pass over the south end, then do a 270 turn to the right to head north, taking some good pictures along the way.

We get up to the top of the bay, and turn 180 degrees to go south. There's a good shot of the Tokyo Dome as we head down.

The landing is easy at Kiswazu, and we go get some dinner.

We decide to stay for the night instead of flying out, so days 27 & 28 are going to be combined.

We head out early from Tokyo and climb out west over the city, headed for Mt. Fuji. It eases into view through the haze about 25 miles out. We fly around the south side of the mountain, then head north. There are some great shots of the surrounding lakes.

The landing at Waakani is smooth. It's late, so we decide to stay the night here, too, and see what we can do for tomorrow.
