Day 17
Friday, 9 November, 2001
The first leg gets us to Broom, Australia. It should take only a little more than 3 hours, but it sets us up for a much longer second leg, almost 700 miles to Shark Bay. After Shark Bay, daylight permitting, it's a 2 and a half hour hop to Perth, where we will spend the night, and go out and sample Australia.
