AN EVENING OUT
A typical evening with Bon Vivant begins
with a half hour of mixing and mingling over 'cocktails'. Everyone is greeted
and introduced. Dinner follows, with seating generally at random. Then,
the real fun begins with delectable cuisine, and interesting conversation.
A SBV dinner affords the opportunity to actually 'get to know' people in
a relaxed manner. The evening's menu always contains (except for maybe
two dinners a year) several superb choices of appetizer, entree and dessert.
Special diets can also be accomodated. There is no formal end to dinner.
