Here is the evil face of the enemy! This picture of an obviously high ranking Raccoon space bandit was intercepted by the National Security Commission [NSC] along with the following message:
dip...dip...woop...dip...dip...dip...........................woop.
NSC's giant computer 'Crayfish' translated it as follows: "I said Venus! Didn't I say Venus? Does this look like Venus?..................Drat."
British analysts insist that the correct translation is: "I said Vincent", etc. This would be much more frightening, if true.
