Home visits are available for shut-ins and the frail elderly.

If you wish to use the VITA service please bring the following documents:

• Copies of your 2007 federal and state income tax returns
• Your 2007 tax packets (if you don't have the forms, you can get them at the library or from the Internet)
• All information concerning sources of income such as Forms W-2, 1099-R, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-B, etc.
• Deducted expenses such as medical costs, property taxes, mortgage interest and charitable contributions
• Cost basis for stocks sold in 2007. You can contact the Morris County Library (973-285-6969) to get prices of stocks on specific days. You can find historic prices for stocks that are currently trading.
