NJ State Department of Labor: designed to improve the quality of English language and literacy skills of the foreign born adult student. Classroom activities will cover English language skills, survival/life skills, workforce/employability skills, and family literacy.

This program is designed for students whose native language is not English, but who already have some fundamental knowledge of English as determined by a placement exam administered on the CCM campus. This academically oriented curriculum provides international students with the linguistic knowledge appropriate for college studies.
