Bell Labs Technology Evaluation
Work closely with Bell Labs researchers to assess market readiness of their technologies. Work includes:
- Identify technologies that have application to mobility and bring them into our mobility lab
- Proposing possible product solutions to Wireless Product Management group
- Present and sell product solution concepts to senior management
- Develop prototype product concepts
mobile gaming
Technical lead on Mobile Gaming. Responsibilities included: integration of gaming into Mobile Internet Architecture, including billing systems, defining gaming architecture, identifying, investigating and evaluating strategic partners to deliver gaming capabilities on 2G and 3G wireless networks worldwide.
- Worked with a Japanese game console manufacturer to bring their platform to US-based wireless networks. Conducted usability testing on their device and software
- Worked with a Korean game company to deploy their console-based solution worldwide
3rd Generation Wireless Demo
Developed the streaming video portion,as well as defining the demo scenario of a customer-facing demonstration that leverages the increased bandwidth of a 3rd Gen. wireless network on a variety of wireless-enabled devices.

I produced, directed and edited a short video for Global Leadership Development Programs (internal continuous learning program). This video is being used as an internal and external marketing tool to showcase Lucent's commitment to fostering an environment of learning and innovation.

Member of a cross-functional team tasked with dramatically reducing delivery time on certain Lucent switching products from ~140 days to 7-11 days. As a member of this team, I:
- Administered web site and existing workflow tool for the team
- Designed, implemented, tested, and maintained a simple, extendable and robust workflow tool using Oracle and Microsoft ASP.
