In 76 MPH winds and driving rain Friday evening, the tent collapses. There were no serious injuries.
Aftermath of tent collapse Friday evening.  The light fixture is where Barbara's head was minutes earlier
Note that the tent stakes were driven about a foot into the asphalt!
Following repairs, tent stakes are re-driven.  Note the large hole where the stake had been driven before the storm.

Below is a series of 15-second compressed videos that we made during the convention, most of them at the party Saturday night.  These videos require a free player which you can download from RealNetworks (click the link to the left).  If you simply click on a thumbnail, a low-quality, streaming version will play.  For a higher quality version, Right-click on any of the nine following thumbnail images and click on "Save target as..." or equivalent to save the video clip to your hard drive.  When each finishes downloading (about 5 minutes at 28,800 baud, about 2.75 minutes at 56Kbaud and under a minute at Cable or xDSL), find the files(s) with Windows Explorer or Macintosh Finder and double-click on each.  If the Real Player is installed, the clip should play.  Note that the tent was dark, the colored spotlights were bright and our camera didn't have quite enough light to do the scene justice.  Still, we think you will find it exciting to see and hear Zacherley, Ray Manzarek, Tommy Seeselberg, and the rest.
