MINIMUM BILL RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL                                 $15.00

B. Minimum quarterly billing will be $15.00.  In those   instances when actual consumption results in bills   of less than $15.00, the consumer will be charged   $15.00.

C. Consumers of water supplied by the New Jersey   American Water Company in the franchise area   shall be charged on a quarterly basis at the rate to   be established by the Board of Public Utilities of the  State of New Jersey. Bills sent by NJAWC.

D. Consumers of water supplied by the Borough of   Madison Water and Light Department along   Carrigan Lane and Burnet Road and Southeast   Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority in the   area of Park Avenue and Punchbowl Road, and not  supplied by the franchise area, shall be charged on a  quarterly basis at rates which the supplier charges   the Borough of Florham Park.  Bills will be sent by   Borough of Florham Park and a service charge of   $10.00 per quarter will be charged.

These rates will be used for billings beginning April 1, 2000.

  If you are not home when the meter reader comes, they will be leaving a postcard for you to use to supply us with a reading.  You may either phone in your reading to the Borough at the number below or use the postcard.  If you use the latter method, please be sure the address and reading are included.  It is not necessary to complete the "dial" section of the postcard.
  Those residents who pay their water bills through a bill paying service should be sure the bank is advised of their new account number.  Also, please make sure the checks are payable to the Borough of Florham Park.
