TAXES....

    New tax bills for the 2000/2001 period will be sent out shortly.
    Taxes for the 3rd quarter are due August 1st, 2000.
    Please send 3rd quarter stub only with your check.  Your canceled check will be your receipt.
    The Tax office is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on August 1st.
    It is imperative that the Tax office have in writing any change of address or change to a Post Office Box to insure proper delivery of future bills.
    If your mortgage has been paid off or if you are assuming your tax payments, no further bill or notification will be sent for the current tax bill year ending June 30, 2001.  Tax bills are sent out once a year only.  For information regarding your quarterly payments, please call the Tax office at 377-1923.
    Any 1999 delinquency is subject to Tax Sale.
REMINDER:  There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.
