Please take notice that the regular meeting of the Borough of Florham Park Board of Adjustment  will be held on Wednesday evening, July 19, 2000 at 7:00 p.m., in the Municipal Building, 111 Ridgedale Avenue, Borough of Florham Park.

1. Call to order
2. Statement re: “Open Public Meetings Act”
3. Consideration for approval of the following minutes:
                May 17, 2000 – Regular Meeting.
4. Announcement – there will be no new testimony after 10:30 p.m.

Resolutions of Approval:

5.     Mr. & Mrs. Timothy Stevens   C-1 Variance – Fence more than 10% Solid
        99 Lincoln Avenue, Block 3001, Lot 24, R-15 Zone.
 

6.     Mr. & Mrs. Denis Ward    C-1 Variance – Lot coverage
        5 Milton Avenue     18.4% (undersize lot)-Front Setback
        Block 4001, Lot 33, R-15 Zone, Application Number 00-7.

Public Hearing

7.     Mr. & Mrs. Alfonse Favata    C-1 Variance - Lot coverage 19.9%
        40 Broadway      Side yard setback 6'7"
         Block 3402, Lot 32, R-15 Zone

 The applicants propose to construct a one-story addition to the existing structure.  The proposed addition will measure 21 feet by 43 feet and will be a garage and family room.
 The relief requested is to exceed the lot coverage to 19.9% where 15% is the maximum coverage in the R-15 Zone.  The applicants are also requesting relief to exceed the side yard setback requirement to 6 feet 7 inches (rear corner of the proposed garage), where 10 feet is the maximum setback in the R-15 Zone.
